Having spent virtually my entire professional career in the food service and hospitality industry, (over 35 years), I have handpicked every chef and employee proud to work for Signature Creations.
The culinary team that I have assembled has experience ranging from the Culinary Institute of America to many of New York and New Jersey’s finest caterers, hotels, country clubs and restaurants. While we work from menus created for thousands of prior events, we tailor your menu for your taste, budget and type of event. Whether a party for 10 or a gala affair, whether it’s at a hotel or at your home, Signature Creations delivers each customer a unique and personal menu, developed from meetings and discussions. My Signature is on it.
My service staff of waiters, waitress and bartenders is a truly professional team. I realized early in my career that the investment and training in the right employees become the face of Signature Creations; they will be who services you and your guests and that their caring, attention to details is critical to the success of your event. Therefore in addition to meeting and interviewing each staff member, I insist on caring, responsible people who are conscientious of the smallest details who personally care about the satisfaction of our clients. This philosophy translates into a very experienced, mature and well paid team and that has worked together for many years.

My experience ranges from satisfying an individual customer to a billion dollar corporation; serving an elegant dinner for ten to gala affair; from a simple kiddush to a black tie formal dinner. From my decades in the food business, I have experienced it all.
